I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Notre Dame. I completed my PhD in philosophy at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, in spring 2019. Before that, I also received a BPhil in philosophy from the University of Oxford and a BA with majors in philosophy and mathematics from Indiana University.
My primary research interests lie in epistemology, ethics, and the philosophy of religion. My dissertation argued that we're partly responsible for what it's rational for us to believe. Other current projects include explicating moral testimony by appeal to the importance of understanding and exploring the moral status of breastfeeding. See my publications page, research page and CV for more details.
